By accessing or purchasing from Red Pine Ink, you agree to the following terms.

General

Red Pine Ink is a private, appointment-only tattoo studio based in Cornwall, Ontario. All services and products are offered subject to availability and at our sole discretion.

Bookings

Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit. Red Pine Ink reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

Products

All product sales are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Red Pine Ink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
