Cancellation policy

SUBSCRIPTION/PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits collected at the time of booking are non-refundable.

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, up to 3 times per booking. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are permitted once per booking. Cancellations made outside these terms result in forfeiture of the deposit.

For physical product orders, cancellations may be requested before the order has been fulfilled by contacting redpineink@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
